Valentines Day

I wish I had a picture of me and my Valentine on Valentines Day but since my camera is in Hawaii with my other Valentine I don't have one picture! Yep....that's right, my Valentine of 11 years is gone.....to Hawaii and other Pacific Islands for 12 days.....and left at 430am on Valentines Day. This was the trip that we had planned in December that I would join Jeremy in Hawaii after he was there for a week doing work. That tripped was cancelled and then rescheduled for this week....bummer!

So we celebrated Valentines Day Friday night. We had planned on going to In~N~Out Burger drive thru since that is what we did Valentines Day 2003 when I flew out here to see Jeremy while he was in training. Then we were going to see the movie Valentines Day. However, when we saw the crowd of people and cars at the movie theater we decided just to eat and then piddle around while we had free time and no kid 'time' restraint. So we started at TJ Maxx, Best Buy, and ended at Target! What a great night of not being rushed and taking out time to look at what we wanted to look at;)

So on Valentines Day me and Jackson had chocolate chip pancakes, went for a walk, and then to the beach since the temperatures this week are in the low 70's! YAY! All you east coasters can keep that snow and cold because we don't want it! Now for the rest of the week we are trying to find ways to spend our time. So far everyday will include a walk and nap time *fingers crossed* and then some other sort of activity to pass the time away until Jeremy comes home! Even our play date friends are away for another week......we're getting BORED! So if anyone thinks of some things we can do, let us know!
