This past weekend, me and Jeremy went on our first......and last camping trip of the summer! We have been wanting to get out and camp since it warmed up but this was our first opportunity and it was a well-deserved get-away - Jeremy's Birthday! We went up to Glacier National Park and camped one night. Getting off the ground horizontally to a vertical postion to go pee twice at night is just too much - hence why this is our last camping trip of this pregnancy! We saw some sights and had a wonderful time, despite not sleeping the whole night because SOMEONE was scared of grizzly bears and mountain lions - which I had just heard from the park ranger's mouth a couple hours earlier that both animals had been spotted on our loop of the campground! SO.....after "waking" up and having a cup of joe to get going, we made our way down through Kalispell and to Missoula for some sushi - mine was cooked - and a little shopping for Jeremy a birthday present. We toured western Montana, which we haven't seen yet and tried to see through all the smoke and haze of 4 growing wildfires in that part of the state - everyone pray for rain - LOTS of rain! It hasn't rained here since June and waking up to ash on our cars in the morning is not a good sign! Well more pictures from our trip to Glacier are posted at http://www.imagestation.com/album/pictures.html?id=2088865467.
Next Sunday, August 12th will be 7 months - officially the 3rd trimester - starting to get nervous - but very excited! Hopefully the nursery will be done by his arrival November 4th - or whenever he decides he's had enough! Hope everyone has a great week - we'll be celebrating Jeremy's birthday tomorrow with another hike right outside town so I'll post more pictures!
