One day last week a friend of ours, Jamie, and her two kiddos along with the Gore crew rode up to
SLO to check out the amazingly awesome
children's museum. We knew we had to go because the exhibit right now is space and rocket ships. Jackson is OBSESSED with anything space, rockets, moon,
astronauts.....the whole shebang!
The walls when you walk in - this museum is 3 smallish floors big.

My little astronaut.....he was in this helmet at least 75% of the time.

Blasting off to space....3...2....1

Here was the cop bike - this one is for Papa Joe!

This is the 3rd floor and it is dedicated to the 4 and under crew. This train table was a hit with these boys!

Even Jennings got in on the action!

Speaking of Jennings.....he is officially 7 months old. Not sure when since February didn't have a '30
th' but he is! He loves to stand right now or sitting with his brother on the floor playing with all the toys. He just moved into size 4 diapers - ALREADY! I don't think Jackson went into 4's until he was well beyond a year old....maybe 18 months? Jennings is comfy in 12 month clothes and is wearing a size 3 in shoes. No new teeth just yet but he is slobbering the mess out of
cherrios and
gerber puffs. I've made a lot of his food right now - he is eating acorn squash, green peas and corn. He has
yobaby yogurt and cereal every morning and is still drinking 4 oz bottles right at wake up and then in between meals and one bottle right before bed. He is still waking about once
everynight and it's just because we are too tired to let him cry it out. The boy would cry for hours I'm pretty sure if we let him. He just wants that bottle and then he is back to sleep! He will eventually sleep through the night.....eventually being the key word!
In big brother news.....as in Jackson the big brother......he is DONE with the paci! I know I know....we should have done away with that a LONG TIME AGO but it just wasn't that easy. But he has been almost a week without it and hasn't looked back! YAY! It wasn't even hard to do because he was so exhausted and we were out of town....he didn't even think about it! YAY!
