Popsicles and Water

This is how we have been spending the past few days of our 90-100 degree heat. Since no one has air conditioning, everyone has been outside in the water or in the pool. We went to the base pool yesterday and right after school was let out it was PACKED! There just isn't a better way to keep cool and wear your kids out than to throw them in a cool pool and let 'em go at it!

I set up the water table and some sprinklers yesterday for Jackson and Mac to play in while me and Alexis tried to get some sun before we go to our friends - Scott and Felicia - wedding in Virginia next weekend. That's right folks....we'll be coming home this coming week and we'll be on a constant road trip until we leave! We are so excited to see everyone though!
