Jackson Preview

We have been having unseasonably warm weather for the past couple of days and took full advantage of it. Today even got up to 79 degrees - we were burning up and had to turn the air conditioning on in the car. However, all good things must come to an end - tomorrow's high is 43 and we're expecting snow. North Carolina's changing weather ain't got nothing on Montana!

We sat out in the backyard in our swing while talking to the grandparents. Jackson was soaking up the warm weather and proudly displaying is fat little feet. I can't wait until the weather is like this all the time so he can be in lighter clothing - just a few more months and we'll be able to do this year around in California.

We did some last minute shopping to pick up some odds and ends for our trip home. While we were at Target, we picked up some sunglasses and swim trunks for J-town. He already had the hat, and the shirt goes with another bathing suit we got from Old Navy, thinking it would definitely fit him by now, but he needs to grow just a little bit more and then they'll be perfect.
We can't wait - just a full day of laundry tomorrow and then packing up on Wednesday. Before we know it, we'll be home Thursday night and then up and down the highway until we are back on the plane to Montana. Time is going to fly by - it is already going to quick - but it's going to be so great to see everyone. Signing off until after the trip! See ya real soon!
