Growin' Boy!

It gets harder and harder everytime I post a new blog to pick out which pictures I want to post because of course, they are all fabulous and he is the cutest baby in the world .......no really, he is the cutest baby ever....cuter than yours and anyone else's baby - ha ha! He is getting so big and learning so much so fast. The second picture is of him in his Rainforest Jumparoo that Jeremy's coworker gave us (thank you so much Shawn) and the first is of him and dad watching TV....probably a bowl game or our favorite - Jacksonville Jaguars (QB David Garrard - ECU class of 2002). He turned 9 weeks old yesterday and so far he is smiling BIG, looking at us when we enter the room or when he hears our voice, and the big milestone is he slept 6 hours straight 2 nights ago - YAY Mommy got sleep! He has been exclusively breastfed but we figured out when we give him 2 oz of formula at bedtime, he sleeps 5-6 hours! Without it, he is up every 2 hours, for an hour nursing, and it was starting to take it's toll on me, so I think this will be our routine for awhile. We've only tried this twice, so lets hope that it keeps working!

My mom and brother have just purchased their plane tickets to come out and visit in mid-February, so Jackson can meet his other Uncle and get spoiled even more by Nana, and I can't wait! All visitors are more than welcome and it gives me something to look forward- it breaks up the monotony of my everyday life! I love being at home with my little man but adult interaction and conversation is limited so everyone can come visit, anytime, no need to give notice!
