Beach Baby Beach Baby

We had a unusually warm day this past week and Jeremy and a friend went to the beach to surf the big waves. Me, Jackson, and our side-kick Janet decided to go down there to meet up with them and make sure everything was going OK (aka....make sure they were still above water!) I am always prepared with extra jackets for me and Jackson and he's always wearing socks, shoes, and possibly a hat. Well, to my surprise it was actually WARM...so warm in fact you might've been able to lay out - in shorts and short sleeves. The wind is always making it colder on the coast than where we live on base so you never know what you're in for. Turns out a lot of other people were taking advantage of the warm weather and the low tide, so we got to climb some rocks before the tide started to come back in.

Jackson LOVES the sand!

Oh, and since we've been to the pediatrician he reminded us to start brushing those 8 chompers Jackson's got now. So here we are and he didn't mind it at all. My finger suffered a little with some teeth marks and Jackson loved the bubble gum flavored toothpaste.
